INGREDIENTS
 

  • 1 large cucumber, diced
  • medium red onion, sliced
  • 5-6 palm hearts, sliced
  • 1 mango, diced
  • ½ fresh jalapeño pepper, finely chopped
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
 

  • Mix all the ingredients.
  • Serve on tostadas or crackers with some avocado slices or guacamole.
