Mixed Berry Popsicles (no added sugar)

Mixed Berry Popsicles. Nutritious, prepared with natural ingredients, easy and quick to make. Such a refreshing treat!

INGREDIENTS
 

  • 300 g mixed berries, frozen or fresh
  • 1 cup orange or tangerine juice
  • Juice of 1 large lemon
  • Sweetener to taste, I used monk fruit

INSTRUCTIONS
 

  • Blend all the ingredients.
  • Pass the mixture through a strainer to remove the small seeds.
  • Pour into popsicle molds, insert popsicle sticks and freeze until hard (at least 5-6 hours).
  • Place the sticks and place in the freezer for 6-8 hours or until they are completely frozen.
  • To unmold the popsicles, we recommend running the mold under warm water for a few seconds to loosen, then remove the popsicles from the molds.
