Homemade Garlic Croutons (Vegan). These crispy, easy to prepare and delicious garlic croutons are an ideal option to take your salads to a whole other level or simply give leftover bread a second life.

dried parsley

or 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
In a medium bowl, add all ingredients except for the bread.
Microwave for about 1 minute or until margarine is melted (you can also do this step in a small saucepan).
Transfer the diced bread to a bowl, pour the previous mixture and mix until completely coated.
Transfer to a tray lined with a silicone mat or parchment paper and distribute them throughout the space.
Bake for 15-18 minutes (or until golden brown) at 190C (375F).
Let cool and store in an airtight container.
