Make your own delicious Vegan Parmesan Cheese at home with just a few simple ingredients. This recipe is easy, healthy and a great alternative to traditional parmesan cheese.

INGREDIENTS
 

  • ¼ cup hemp seeds*
  • ¼ cup roasted cashews**
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½-¾ teaspoon salt, adjust salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
 

  • Blend all the ingredients until the seeds and nuts are pulverized.
  • Empty into an airtight container and store in a cool place or in the fridge.

NOTES

*Hemp seeds can be substituted for roasted pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds
**Cashews can be substituted for almonds, peanuts or walnuts (all roasted).
