  • 1 large cucumber diced
  • 1/3 medium red onion sliced
  • 5-6 palm hearts sliced
  • 1 mango diced
  • ½ fresh jalapeño pepper finely chopped
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Mix all the ingredients.
  • Serve on tostadas or crackers with some avocado slices or guacamole.
