INGREDIENTS
 

Blueberry & Lemon Mug Cake

  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 ½ tablespoon brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoon non-dairy milk
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 2-3 tablespoon blueberries
  • ¼ teaspoon lemon zest

Chocolate Mug Cake

  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 ½ tablespoon brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoon non-dairy milk
  • 3 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 15 g dairy-free chocolate chunks

Carrot Mug Cake

  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 ½ tablespoon brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoon non-dairy milk
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 2 tablespoon grated carrot

INSTRUCTIONS
 

Blueberry & Lemon Mug Cake

  • In a large mug or small bowl (microwave safe), add oil, sugar, milk, vanilla and mix.
  • Add flour, baking powder and mix until the ingredients are integrated.
  • Fold in the blueberries and lemon zest.
  • Microwave for 1 minute and 15 seconds (the time may vary depending on the microwave, adjust to your preference of moistness) or bake at 355°F for approximately 5 minutes.
  • Remove from the microwave, let cool slightly and serve with your favorite toppings.

Chocolate Mug Cake

  • In a large mug or small bowl (microwave safe), add peanut butter, sugar, milk and mix.
  • Add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and mix until the ingredients are integrated.
  • Add some chocolate chunks on top.
  • Microwave for 1 minute and 15 seconds (the time may vary depending on the microwave, adjust to your preference of moistness) or bake at 355°F for approximately 5 minutes.
  • Remove from the microwave, let cool slightly and serve with your favorite toppings.

Carrot Mug Cake
