Mixed Berry Popsicles (no added sugar)
Mixed Berry Popsicles. Nutritious, prepared with natural ingredients, easy and quick to make. Such a refreshing treat!
Servings: 6 popsicles
- 300 g mixed berries frozen or fresh
- 1 cup orange or tangerine juice
- Juice of 1 large lemon
- Sweetener to taste I used monk fruit
Blend all the ingredients.
Pass the mixture through a strainer to remove the small seeds.
Pour into popsicle molds, insert popsicle sticks and freeze until hard (at least 5-6 hours).
Place the sticks and place in the freezer for 6-8 hours or until they are completely frozen.
To unmold the popsicles, we recommend running the mold under warm water for a few seconds to loosen, then remove the popsicles from the molds.
