Prevent your screen from going dark
Add maple syrup, peanut butter and coconut oil to a bowl. Whisk until you get a creamy consistency.
Add protein powder, cocoa and mix until completely integrated.
Transfer to a silicone mold or container lined with parchment paper.
Press to form an even block. Add the peanuts on top and press again. Reserve.
Melt chocolate with coconut oil (in the microwave or au bain-marie) and mix.
Pour the previous chocolate mix over the peanuts (optionally sprinkle a little sea salt).
Take to the freezer for 1 hour.
Cut into squares or bars.
Store in the freezer.
