Tofu Yogurt

Tofu yogurt. High in protein, easy to prepare, delicious, versatile and made with simple ingredients. Serve with some granola, more fruit, nuts, seeds, cereal, etc. It is delicious!

  • 200 g soft tofu silken
  • ¾ cup fruit frozen or fresh ((100 g))
  • tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup or sweetener of your choice adjust to taste
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract


  • Blend the tofu, fruit, lemon juice, agave syrup (or sweetener of your choice) and vanilla. The consistency should be very creamy and lump-free.
  • Serve with granola and optionally more fruit.
