Tofu yogurt. High in protein, easy to prepare, delicious, versatile and made with simple ingredients. Serve with some granola, more fruit, nuts, seeds, cereal, etc. It is delicious!
Make sure you use a high speed blender to get the best possible and smoothest results. I always use my Vitamix blender.

- 200 g soft tofu silken
- ¾ cup fruit frozen or fresh ((100 g))
- 1½ tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp agave syrup or sweetener of your choice adjust to taste
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Blend the tofu, fruit, lemon juice, agave syrup (or sweetener of your choice) and vanilla. The consistency should be very creamy and lump-free.
- Serve with granola and optionally more fruit.
