    Ingredients

As usual, you'll find the complete recipe card, including ingredient amounts and instructions, at the bottom of this post! Keep on reading for more details, or jump straight to the recipe.

    • Frozen strawberries — These provide a naturally sweet and refreshing base for the lemonade.
    • Lemon juice — Adds a zesty, tangy flavor that balances the sweetness of the strawberries.
    • Ice — Enhances the frosty texture of the drink, making it extra refreshing.
    • Orange juice — Adds a citrusy sweetness that complements the lemon and strawberry flavors.
    • Sweetener of choice — Customize the sweetness with your preferred sweetener, such as sugar, monk fruit, erythritol, stevia, or maple syrup.
    • Chamoy and Tajín (Optional) — For rimming the glasses, adding a spicy, tangy twist.

How to Make this Delicious Summer Drink

    1. Prepare the Glasses (Optional): If you prefer a rimmed glass, dip the rims of two glasses in some chamoy (or just brush one side of the cup, as shown in the pictures). Then, dip the chamoy-coated part in Tajín. Set aside.
    2. Blend the Ingredients: Blend all the ingredients (except for the chamoy and Tajín, if used) until smooth and well combined.
    3. Serve: Pour the mixture into the prepared glasses and enjoy immediately.

    Substitutions & Variations

    • Sweeteners: Use monk fruit, agave syrup, stevia, or any sweetener you prefer.
    • Citrus juice: Swap lemon juice with lime or a mix of lemon and lime for a different citrusy note.
    • Fruit additions: Add a few pieces of watermelon or peaches for an extra fruity twist.

    Tips for success

    1. Use high-quality ingredients: Choose ripe, sweet strawberries and freshly squeezed lemon juice for the best flavor. High-quality ingredients make a noticeable difference in taste.
    2. Adjust sweetness gradually: Start with a smaller amount of sweetener and adjust to taste. It's easier to add more sweetener than to fix an overly sweet drink.
    3. Blend thoroughly: Ensure that all the ingredients are well-blended for a smooth consistency. Pause the blender occasionally to scrape down the sides if needed.
    4. Serve Immediately: Frozen drinks are best enjoyed right after blending. This ensures they are at their most refreshing and the texture is perfect.
