Mixed Berry Popsicles (no added sugar)
Mixed Berry Popsicles. Nutritious, prepared with natural ingredients, easy and quick to make. Such a refreshing treat!
INGREDIENTS
- 300 g mixed berries, frozen or fresh
- 1 cup orange or tangerine juice
- Juice of 1 large lemon
- Sweetener to taste, I used monk fruit
INSTRUCTIONS
- Blend all the ingredients.
- Pass the mixture through a strainer to remove the small seeds.
- Pour into popsicle molds, insert popsicle sticks and freeze until hard (at least 5-6 hours).
- Place the sticks and place in the freezer for 6-8 hours or until they are completely frozen.
- To unmold the popsicles, we recommend running the mold under warm water for a few seconds to loosen, then remove the popsicles from the molds.
